GAREC 2010 Saving lives through Emergency Communications

GAREC-2010 Learning through practising (Program version 1.2) GAREC-2010 will be an ideal opportunity for Emergency Communicators to come together and discuss and analyse recent events, co-operation with our professional partners and technical solutions to problems. Also, taking advantage of having so many people together in one place, an exercise will be held during GAREC to expolre how we can improve information sharing across borders.
